How to convert JPG to PDF on Windows

Windows 10 and 11 come with a built-in "printer" called Microsoft Print to PDF that saves to a PDF file instead of paper.

1. Open File Explorer and find your JPG files. Select one, or hold Ctrl and click to select several.
2. Right-click and choose Print. On Windows 11 you may need to click Show more options first.
3. In the Print Pictures window, set the printer to Microsoft Print to PDF.
4. Choose a paper size and a layout on the right (for example Full page photo).
5. If you do not want your photo cropped, untick Fit picture to frame.
6. Click Print, choose where to save the file, type a name, and click Save.

You can also open a single photo in the Photos app, press Ctrl + P, and choose Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer.

How to convert JPG to PDF on a Mac

One photo:

1. Double-click the JPG to open it in Preview.
2. Click File → Export as PDF.
3. Choose a name and location, then click Save.

Several photos in one PDF:

1. Select all the JPGs in Finder, then right-click and choose Open With → Preview.
2. In the sidebar on the left, drag the pictures into the order you want.
3. Click File → Print.
4. At the bottom left, open the PDF menu and choose Save as PDF.

How to convert JPG to PDF on iPhone

The easiest built-in way uses the Files app:

1. In Photos, select your pictures, tap Share, and choose Save to Files.
2. Open the Files app and go to the folder you saved them in.
3. Tap Select (or the More button, then Select) and choose the photos.
4. Tap the More button (three dots) at the bottom right and choose Create PDF.

How to convert JPG to PDF on Android

Most Android phones can print to PDF:

1. Open the photo in Google Photos or your gallery app.
2. Tap the More menu (three dots) and look for Print.
3. At the top of the print screen, choose Save as PDF as the printer.
4. Tap the PDF download button and choose where to save.

Is the PDF too big to send?
